Check-In and Check-Out Times
For groups, arrivals can be made from 11 am, and departures before 7 pm. Please, allow one hour for arrival and departure for the inventory.
How to make a Reservation:
1 – Check the availability of the center below.
2 – Contact us through the following email : ecouenpdv@wol.org.
3 – After dates are confirmed, download and read the Terms and Conditions of use in the Documents Menu.
4 – Download and complete the Reservation form and mail it to the Center
5 – Once the forms are completed, you have 2 weeks to send both your Security Deposit and your reservation deposit that are 300 € each. The security deposit is returned to your group leader at the end of your stay, barring any damages found during our final inspection.
6 – Once all these items are received by the Center, We will send you an email confirmation and receipt.
More than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. After this date, the full deposit will not be refunded.
